WORKSHOP DETAILS!

Students will work with REal-life North Dakota Artist, WRITER & MUSICIAN Max! to make their very own picture book.

Each student will create a unique story - create the art - and then we turn their book into a hardcover book to live on the family bookshelf forever!

This specific workshop Class is for Grades 4th , 5th & 6th - we will eventually hold future classes for different age groups!

Workshop books will take 6 - 8 weeks after the workshop to be printed and ready for pickup.

the workshop date is:

Sunday, november 21st

1pm - 3pm

Location: MAIN STREET BOOKS

there is a $25 deposit - this will guarantee your kiddo a spot at the workshop.

once your kiddo’s book is completed and handed in - you will get your deposit back! This is thanks to a wonderful grant we recieved from the North Dakota Council of the Arts.

All supplies will be provided at the workshop

good idea: it’s a short workshop for such a big project - come a little prepared with a story idea… ideas have to be original (example: no star wars, fortnite, batman stories) we want to create a new & unique story the world has never read before!
